Refund Policy

All purchases, subscription fees, and payments made to DigitalXLR are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By purchasing a subscription or any paid service on DigitalXLR, you acknowledge and agree that DigitalXLR incurs immediate costs related to computing resources, infrastructure, third-party AI providers, storage, bandwidth, and processing services. As a result, payments cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded after they have been successfully processed.

DigitalXLR does not guarantee that generated content will match your prompt, expectations, desired quality, style, duration, character consistency, accuracy, or intended use. Variations in output quality, artistic interpretation, or generated results are an inherent part of AI-generated content and do not qualify for a refund.

DigitalXLR does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with generated content, blocked prompts, rejected prompts, safety-system restrictions, generation delays, service interruptions, third-party provider limitations, changes to AI models, feature modifications, discontinued features, account restrictions resulting from violations of our policies, or any other outcome related to the use of AI-generated services.

Generation requests may be delayed, interrupted, limited, modified, blocked, or rejected due to technical issues, maintenance, safety requirements, infrastructure limitations, third-party provider issues, or other operational factors. Such events do not entitle users to a refund.

In cases involving verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues directly caused by DigitalXLR that materially prevent access to the subscribed service, DigitalXLR may, at its sole discretion, provide account adjustments, service extensions, or other reasonable remedies. Any such remedy does not constitute a refund and does not create an obligation for DigitalXLR to provide similar remedies in the future.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, DigitalXLR will comply with its legal obligations.
